The Blue Orb Foundation (501 c 3) is dedicated to the advancement of science education, renewable energy, and wildlife protection.
Blue Orb Foundation Board
President – Anthony G. Bennett
Tony was an appointee in the Bush 1 administration, was a registered lobbyist for the solar industry, taught marketing as an adjunct lecturer for seven years at Georgetown University, and is president of Blue Orb Tunes and Blue Orb Books. Tony received his MBA from The George Washington University.
Board Member – Beth Carty
Beth is the former senior vice president of the National Investor Relations Institute. Beth received an M.B.A. from Marymount University and a B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Pete is a retired US Naval Commander and businessman. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Academy.
Board Member – Joe Allen
Joe is a scientist and retired NASA astronaut.
Board Member – in memoriam Jim Fowler
Jim was an environmentalist and former host of TV’s Wild Kingdom.
